A unified test orchestration platform for 140+ services. Auto-detected and quarantined flaky tests, cutting flake rate from 6.1% to under 0.4% and recovering ~900 engineering hours a quarter.
Risk-based CI quality gates that run only what a change can break. Pipeline time dropped 40% while escaped-defect rate fell by half — fast feedback without lowering the bar.
Observability-driven testing: synthetic journeys plus trace-linked alerts that page on user-visible regressions, not noise. Median time-to-detect fell from 22 min to 4, MTTR down 65%.
A consumer-driven contract testing framework for a microservice mesh. Killed an entire class of integration breakages and let teams deploy independently with confidence.

Northwind Cloud
Lead quality strategy across 22 product teams. Built the Sentinel and Cadence platforms, defined org-wide error-budget policy, and mentored a guild of 30+ engineers in modern testing practice.
Helios Labs
Owned end-to-end automation for a fintech payments platform. Cut regression cycle from 3 days to 40 minutes and introduced contract testing across the service mesh.
Vela Systems
Replaced manual regression with a Playwright + pytest suite, established the first CI quality gates, and ran the team's shift-left testing initiative.

I'm a Quality Enablement Engineer based between Santiago and Europe. I care less about catching bugs and more about building the systems that make bugs rare, cheap, and obvious. I've spent the last eight years at the seam between development and operations — where speed meets safety — and I genuinely love it there.
